What’s this Buckstones I keep hearing about?

Quite possibly the best thing since sliced bread!

But on a more serious note, Buckstones is a little rider run Downhill/Freeridish trail situated at Pingot quarry above Shaw, in Oldham. The trail itself has been there for 5 years+ but was abandoned many a moon ago, but over the past 2-3 years or so numerous riders have begun to frequent Buckstones and through continued effort from these riders Buckstones is a now a   buzzing (lots of people - not in the chav sense of the word) little trail, full of numerous lines etc all of which are fun to hit, whatever your ability (no stabilizers please), it is also host to lots of jumps, we have doubles, a few big gappers, tables etc etc.

Everyone is welcome to ride at Buckstones, we just ask a few things though, we’d really appreciate it if you could sign up on the forum, respect the trails and the environment and take your litter home with you!!!
